I sanded and rubbed the body, blacked out the inside and mounted the body to the frame. no more excuses, I have to polish all that aluminum
Spent most of the weekend polishing, still have a few pieces left to do. How do people do that for a living? it is a dirty nasty job, or maybe I am doing it wrong LOL
What's your process? I usually toss the stuff in the oven at 250 or 275 and leave it for a bit before I start polishing. That way the compound doesn't gum up on the piece. Polishing seems to go faster that way, also.
You might want to find the bolts for the rear blower plates. Would hate for it to start slinging oil on start up! ha. Very cool, you put more work and detail into "toys" than most guys do thier real cars. Just outstanding.
So radical !!! It's like being 10 years old all over again !!! Need a Farrah Faucet poster in the background
Add me to the long list of people who hate you. Damn that zinger brings back memories of way too long ago that I will admit to. Nice job Mark looks WAY KOOL.
