i need help with picking wheels for my polara its a 65 2dr hardtop, i got the car as a gift for my wife. i had some 14in supremes for it but wrong bolt pattern. oh well sold them today but im in need of a new set. there are people out there with more knowledge of wheel fit then me. im trying to figure out what offset to order, i would like a little bit of a lip thanks
Summit racing sells them for a decent price. Measure the back spacing you have on your stock wheel. Measure how much space you have between the sidewall and the rear wheel opening lip. If you can go 2'' outward before you hit the lip, subtract an inch from your backspacing. If you can go 3'', subtract 2'', etc. I think they only come in two offsets, standard and reverse. The reverse offset is always prefered, but the standard offset is still a good looking wheel. Summit will be able to tell you what the available offsets are, and if they are available in your bolt pattern. They just call them Supremes. Good luck shopping.
i know that much, the ones i bought were used and i sold those already the ones i had were 5x5 i guess im just gonna order the standard offset
send me a PM I've got a set of the pacer equivilent's (unilug--4.75 or 4.5) I just pulled from my car. 2 14 x 6, 2 15 x 7.
