Dover.Charlie Castaldo running a 55 Chevy gasser.Pretty sure he ended up with one of the 1968 Hemi Darts.

 

Tim Richard(s) later went on to fame and fortune as Joe Amato's crew chief and later K Bernstein. Wally Bell, retired pro mod racer, is a HAMBer. PDL was quite a breeding ground for drag racing talent.

This is the last issue of 1964 I have scans of.Things get pretty quiet in mid and north east anyways for winter.

You know,Lee,I wish I could say for sure.One of the things I wish I did when I was scanning was to write down all the cover shot info.Maybe one of the other guys if they have the issue can help.

Having onced owned the Don Noyes "U.S.Mule II" it is nice to find out it raced and won over K.S.Pitman.

The scans of this issue was sent to me by Rich Venza.Had to resize and lighten them up a little.
This is great for me because I have not seen this issue.I read every page,the wife shakes her head.
This is the 2nd scan.Did not know Bob Luck ran an altered also.

 

AA/C....Loved those cars.Nice Anglia.Neat ad from Hicks Chevy for Malcolm.

 

I think this is supposed to be a 2 pager.I may have to go back and see about it.
I asked Rich about the babe and he knew the story on her.
