    FNG from TN here.

I found this place researching for a new project I picked up this week. Specifically a 1955 Desoto 291 Hemi 4bbl. It will be fitted into a chopped and slammed '47 Dodge p/u. Should some day make a cool "old School" ride.

I have been around cars/hot rods all of my 42 years, but I know JACK about this engine...........let the studying commence:cool:

    Thanks for the welcome everyone.

I don't expect much progress for a while. I am going to educate myself a little bit, then I have some parts to round up. I am excited about this project, and finding this board to learn from......and maybe even share a little too

  16. Welcome and good luck with the Hemi/Truck project. I hope the homework on the engine is too demanding of a study. : )
