The 'dalys' Gasser and the 'Jayhawker' altered wheelbase -the real origin of 'Funny Cars', are great cars and really bring back memories of the 'Good Ol' Days.

He goes by gasserlouie, I`m sure you`ve seen him post. It looks cooler with the hood in place(closed).

 

great Car Gary. Reminds me of a 39 a buddy had in high school. That was around 62, so that puts your car right on .

 

I am sorry I missed this show. I would love to have seen your 40 and the El Tiki.

Guess no body took any, or it broke the camera ha ha.

 

I was disappointed in it. I thought it was way short of cars, and the cars that were there were mostly street cars. I go to that show to see the trailered circuit cars and there were only about 5 there this year. Lots of local street cars that I see at shows in the area all the time. I heard from a participant that they had to call around just to get enough cars for the show. I am sure the weather has had some to do with it. I was going to take mine but the mud is still to deep.

The 40 was looking great!

Also, the Daly's gasser was pretty rad, loved the display!

wore it out? i need a lense for mine..the 18-55.... and NO! i didnt fall off a 3 foot barrier and land on concrete last thursday if thats what your thinking!!!!!

and that 55 is fuckin killer!
