I've been wanting a 48-52 Ford panel truck for years. I found this one on ebay and managed to get it for $355. It was a 1000 mile round trip to get it but I believe it was worth it. The worst damage on the truck is the rear fenders, the driver side had been dented up at some point and the wheel arches are rusted out. The front floorboard is rotten too. I've got a rebuilt volare frontend and 9" to go under it along with a 302 and c-4. The real selling point for it was the custom speaker installation.
Looks like you have an original driver's seat. Not very comfortable but it'll make for some good trading stock. They're pretty hard to find and a guy doing an original restoration could really use it. Too bad it didn't also have the stock passenger seat, those are even rarer. Looks like a good project.
