Hello everybody, My name is Aaron Nova and I live in Toledo, Ohio. I have come into possesion from my grandfather a 1964 chevrolet pickup truck, Now this truck needs alot of work but i know I can do it with help of course from a manual and hopefully this forum. Now throughout the restoration I will be posting pictures and info on the progress. I have the first pictures taken attached to this thread and as you can tell I have my work cut out. Minus the bicycles and junk in the back it is a beautiful truck and with some elbow grease will be turning heads soon. Now I dont have too many details on the project now but my next posting will fill you in on everything.

Welcome to the HAMB from Western Illinois !!! Checked out your truck photos, looks like you got a good one. Just remember to do a thread search on the main board before you start one, there will be plenty of information I'm sure. Bryan & Sarah

Hi Aaron, and welcome to the insanity. The pickup looks like a really good starting point. Plus, it's from the family. You gotta get it back on the road!! Please, keep us updated with photos and words about the build.

  9. Welcome from Canada! Looks to be a great foundation for a solid build! and as metioned earlier, it came from the family which is a great reason / motovator to get it back to tip top shape! Good Luck with this build and keep us posted!
