Blackie is still at it-was at Sacramento Autorama.

 

One more chance to go... looks like I gotta make plans for this.

Got a call from a friend this morning. He won is class in Pamona at the GNRS.Got an invite to Blackie's. Looks like we'll be haulin his panel up.

Right on!! I dont know how the set up works and how many buildings there are but we'll find each other!!

 

I'll be there setting up the '37 LaSalle on thursday.

 

When my friend was at LARS this past summer, Blackie came up and asked him to display his car. Here it is, Jim is the guy inthe white T-Shirt...

 

Mmmmm the LaSalle.... *drool*

 

I was invited but I will not be able to make it!!

 

I'll be there together with my sons, a tradition we began when they were little boys, now they have sons of their own. Glad last year was not the last one, thanks Blackie.

 

I was invited to last years, but my wife was hospitalized, and I had to pass. Blackie called me in NOV.2009. And again invited my car. The car and I will be there. Sounds like fun, and I am looking forware to meeting new HAMERS.

 

i was there last year... had a good time... good show. i hate to miss it this year... i'm just too far away out here in these boondocks...

Hey, does anybody know anything about an after party or show on saturday night, last year there was a good show. If so post it up please.

I'm still kicking myself for missing last year. I think my son and I will try and make it to this one.

 

• First off like to say Hi, I'm a new Hamb member, I'm not much of a computer person but a friend said I should get an account and say thanks for all the great things said about the black 36 I built. I can't take all the credit, my brother Mike Standley and good friend staightedge josh had a big part in it. Anywho if this is a rollcall count me in i'll be there.( no spyder web just white carpet) Jay

Cool to see so many HAMBers invited. My '57 Caddy was invited and there in 2007. It was a great honor to be asked, enjoy your time there.

Were visiting on Saturday , Janell & Wade's Fordoor was invited , truly is an honor , Blackie's enthusiasm seems to know no bounds, a legend. Here she's getting loaded into the truck for the trip North, straight to the Nostalgia building.

 

Just got back from setup day, the '37 LaSalle got a nice spot. I'll post a pic in a minute.
