It's Spring!!

I have two way's of telling it's spring, The first is some Drag Racing action starts on the left side of the the states, the second is I fire the Hotrod up for the summer from a winters rest. I have been working to get it back together and tonight was the night, she lit right up and sounded good!

I'm headed to the Cleveland Autorama March 18th (first time for an indoor show) and I'm right on schedule. Wahooo!

I know it's spring because my car vapor locks with winter gas on a warm day....happened to me Wednesday.

Same here. Picked up my recerted fire suit Thursday, helped set up for our first of the year show yesterday, and plan on being one of the first guys on the track when it opens next weekend. And I still have a little pile of snow behind my fence in the shade.

 

Did your car see its shadow?

I know its starting to get warm when I start thinking about hot rod boats too

Thanks for the comments! After the Hotrod fired up a buddy of mine and me fired up the Model A we have been workin on. First time in 30+ years for it to run. We have been restoring it for about 3 months now. After the video was taken we went up and down the road, what a blast to drive!
