Banger disty question

I have heard that guys use the FORD 8N tractor intake with fabricated headers on their bangers. Do any other FORD tractor parts fit also?

Like: can I adapt a FORD 8N front cover to my banger and get a front/right side Disty? It would simplify an OHV conversion immensely......
