Damn right! Reminds me of those old Lindberg and Aurora hot rod model kits from the early '60s.

The "SHAKEY PUDDIN" car is TOPS in my book!!! KOOLSVILLE PERSONAFIED!!!!!!

  14. ......very kool Paul........looking very sweet.

  15. I like the small chome helmet style w/louvers mentioned by eastcoast57.

Cool car. It'd look good with or without the scoop but I'd hang on to it. When the car is completed, you can still have something "to do" and the ability to change the looks of the car in a few minutes. BUT you're running a blower and earned the right to run what pleases you.

    bad ass engine...perfect
    wheels & tires...perfect
    finned drums...perfect
    slotted axle...perfect
    stance...perfect

    keep up the good work

  20. Thanks for compliments, (I photoshopped that jpeg to make it look old) I have not figured out how to post full size images, thankyou for the repost Cut55.
I need to give the 40 more attention in the spring so I can get it out on the street a little more often next year. Here are a couple of more pics.

I just found this thread, I cant believe I have missed it. So I will keep it going for 2010. It also has me thinking about
the 32 5-W that I just bought, it has history dating back to the late 60's. It has SBC, chrome 56 Chev rear end etc. I was going to modernize it, but after seeing this thread I do love the cars from the 60's. I might have to reconsider.

I hope you mean "don't modernize it"! That is very sweet ride the way it is.

  24. Big fan of Bob Johnston's T-Bucket, which was sold to Big Daddy and with 6 deuce SBC (Bob added SBC before selling), quad headlights and more chrome became Roth's Tweedy Pie
