Can you ID this steering wheel?

    Looks something Chevy, but I can't put my finger on it.

    I think it's a 63 chevy, but I think there should be notches for the horn ring.

    Thanks man. Knew it's upside down, too lazy to flip the pic. Any comments on it's value? I don't have the wheel in person, just asking these questions for someone else (His picture). Doesn't look half bad, way better than my old wheel

    Bent steering wheels usually are not worth much.
