I came across HAMB a while back. I would consider myself a lowrider yet over the last 2 years with the purchase of my 48 Buick I've been hitting the rod and rockabilly shows more often. The vibe reminds me of the scene back when I was a high school/college youngster. So my interest in HAMB grew. Ryan's article, All My Friends… Know The Lowrider… (http://www.jalopyjournal.com/?p=4581) and Lowriders & Business Suits (http://www.jalopyjournal.com/?p=355) really hit home. Not only did I relate, I knew I couldn't do something I didn't like everyday.

With the support of my wife, family and friends I started Sunday Slacker Magazine. We are a few weeks away from our Premiere Issue. I can't tell you how much support the industry, car clubs and individuals have been. Without going into a shameless plug, I wanted to thank those you have offered support, photography, story ideas and those that are interested in advertising.

    thanks

Is this a real mag or an internet mag? Are you going to be sold in Canada?

Sweet mag done for real love. No shortcuts, great layout, quality paper and printing. This isn't some photocopied fanzine, not that there is anything wrong with that. They are usually done for the love too, but this one is collectible! I just need to figure out how to keep gettin them!

Just got off the phone with Bo Huff, you'll be able to pick up Sunday Slacker at his museum (in a week or so). He is a hella kool guy, chopped it up with him for a while at SEMA.
