I found it, greenfieldgallery.net. Looks like they're still building their website.

Milt again, this time in one of Justin King's "hardtops" at the Jeffersonville (Ind.) Sportsdrome. Justin was a midget racer from Columbus, Ind. and he had two of these in the late 40s, early 50s. He drove the 36 and Pat O'Connor drove the 50. Pat got hurt and Justin asked Milt to drive the 50. After Pat could drive again, I think he put Milt in the 36. At least this is the way I remember it. Could be reversed on the numbers.

All of these photos came from the Hartlauf family, by the way. This is the only photo I've been able to find from the Crosley races in the old Jefferson County Armory in Louisville back in the 50s. Milt in the McNulty Brothers 39 Jr...

This is a picture taken at the old Marshfield Wisconsin Fairgrounds in 1976. The #36 was driven by J.J. Smith. Not sure about the other car.

Kenny Hutchins in car #10 packing the track at Yellow River Speedway in Marshfield Wisconsin. Yellow River Speedway was a family affair for me. My dad and uncle were pit stewards, my sister worked in the consessions stands, my mom worked the main walk in gate, and I worked the pit entrance gate. A lot has changed since those days. The track is now known as Marshfield Super Speedway and is no longer dirt but black top.

I believe the track in this photo is the Eau Claire Speedway in Eau Claire Wisconsin. A track that closed down years ago. I know the year was 1973 and the driver of the #57 car is the late Punky Manor (1953-1979). I can't remember who drove the #87 Nova but I do seem to recall that he was from Eau Claire. No clue on who is in the #14.

I actually remember when this car was raced. He used to run at the Clark County Fairgrounds in Neillsville, Wisconsin on Saturday nights. They closed the track in 1977 because the people in the town complained about all the noise.

sm66p, Your right it is Red Steffen and the car is #97. I used to watch him race every weekend when I was a kid. I'll be posting more photos shortly.

Speaking of historic NASCAR pictures, does anyone out there have any photos of Curtis Turner's "Wild Hog" 1955 Ford, (Schwam Motor Company) in which he led the 1955 Southern 500 at Darlington before the front suspension failed, and which was Ford's first Factory NASCAR outing. (Teammates with a twin copy driven by Joe Weatherly, which also failed the suspension) There is a replica of the 1956 Version of the Schwam "Wild Hog" out there, (copy attached) but I would like to see pictures of the real 1955 model, because of its historic significance. I saw a movie clip of the actual 1955 car on U-Tube about the ’55 Darlington Southern 500, but the only close up was about 1 second clip of a close up of Curtis sitting behind the wheel, and it only shows s small part of the car and Curtis's smiling face. There were at least two '56 cars, one of them a #99 hardtop that Turner won the '56 Southern 500 at Darlington while driving. I don't think I've ever seen a picture of the '55 car. The place to look would be the NASCAR archives but it has been years since I was there. I'm not sure that it is open to the public. As a former NASCAR drag racer maybe you might have an "in"?
