Event Coverage Indy Road Rockets World Of Wheels 2010

Some shots from the 2010 World Of Wheels Show in Indianapolis this last weekend. More Cars! Some old favorites and lots of new cars too! If you didn't make it, well then, I guess you missed it.

This was a great show, Well worth the trip from Chicago!!!!!!!!!!

 

We drove up from Nashville TN Saturday, had a big time.

Very nice pictures, in a place where its hard to get nice ones. Indoor shows suck for photographers, but are rad for the exhibitors.

 

Thanx! Flash pics never really come out that good at these indoor shows. Or at least not flash pics taken with the equipment I've got to work with! So I made sure to take some with a tripod, ambient lighting and no flash. Got much better results that way.

hey thank you for posting the pics!!!! we as a club would like to thank each and everyone of the 190+ cars in attendance. we could not do it without the support of all of ya!!!

 

Made it out to the show Saturday night with Dad. Once again the Road Rockets were more fun to look at than the other buildings. I so could have went again Sunday just to get a second look at the cars. We loved the friendliness of the club too! We were hoping to talk with the owner of the 55 Chevy sedan delivery since it could be a much better twin of my 55 Chevy 210, but he wasn't there Saturday. Everyone seemed to be having a blast in the Road Rockets area!

By the by, did the dude in the lawn chair ever wake up?

 

That blue 29 Tub that Denny built looks pretty kick ass. Any more pics of that one?

 

The Road Rockets put on one hell of a show...I have a great time...it's been 30 years since my last indoor car show.........this is the way car shows are meant to be done....many Thanks...see you in May

 

LOL!!! Yes, I saw him heading to the tiki bar smiling and I knew what was up. But before that he never knew what had happened. When he came back the next day, we warned him not to fall asleep on us again! Too funny.
