photoshop my econoline...... please

Could you guys photoshop my van to have a white top and white steelies with thin white walls and... well you pic the color of the rest of the van. Need some ideas. Will only get a rattle can for now.

I do work for a nominal fee..Here is what I can up with. I worked on it for a few hours and used photosnot.. I know its rough but we cam work with it. I didnt do the white top, so you dont need to pay me any $$$$$.. Just kidding...
