Here's some more pics from the Rolling Bones open house. Overall we had a BLAST there. I'd first of all likes to thank the Bones guys, Ken & Keith for having us all there. We made the 11 hour and change trip up there to drop some parts off for my chassis from here in Cincinnati. Met a LOT of super cool and down to earth guys, definitely an event we will be going to every year from now on. I took these pics Friday night before the party on Saturday before it was a mad house. The cars there were Richie's heavy patina '32 3 window, Dave's orange '32 3 window, Jorge's bare metal 3 window which they just started the chop on, Dick's '34 5 window which probably be one of the best looking '33/4 5 windows ever built, and the '28/9 roadster who I can't for the life of me remember who it was being built for. Thanks again for the great time guys! See everyone next year!

    Haha, yea, that's a frame!

I just resized these real quick, didn't get to edit them, wanted to get them on here!

  8. Did it get distorted when you resiezed the pics because it looks like you could barely get your hand through the opening?

    SON-OF-A-BITCH!
Here I thought I was going to be different. That Model A Roadster is damn near the same way I am planning on doing mine.
Bones/Doane Spencer type chassis, '28/29 Roadster, Hallock windshield (by Sellers), Y-block power.
    Any more photos of it?

    Thanks for the photos!

Well, now at least you know it'll be rad. Seems like more people then not are doing this type of suspension setup. There was a gold '29 on '32 rails with a Seller's windscreen on Rod & Custom a couple years back. It even had a suspension similar but not exactly and was running a HEMI. Seems like a no brainer to me....I would continue on and keep with your plan for sure. It'll be cool an original in a non-original traditional kind of way;);):D:D:D.

That slit size windshield is a race car piece not for a street car.

The Bones guys turn out really nice rods. The Poteet 3W set the bar for chopped '33/'34 Coupes. Always great to see the projects. Very nice style and workmanship.
