Hemistude from North Alabama

    I'm Dave from Albertville AL and I've been reading from the H.A.M.B. for quite some time. I've been into hot rodding since 85 and have built several rods from the ground up.

    My current ride is a 53 Studebaker Commander Starliner with a 315 Dodge hemi w/ tri-power rochesters. It has a Volare front clip and a GTX 8-3/4" rear. I just finished swapping in a MOPAR a-518 tranny. The car is a driver but it looks pretty good from 15 feet.

    I hope to give and get from this forum. Thanks for providing this great information source. With luck, maybe I will have something to offer when needed.

    I'm kin to a lot of Baileys on Sand Mountain. Got long time friends who are like family to us, Gary and Wanda Key, at Alexandria. Went to school at Jax State. Wife is from Gadsden. Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup and Ozelle the '55 Ford send friendly horn honks. Come on over to our show at Rockmart High School on 5/15, straight shot on 278, second town over the Georgia line.
