Quad City Moline Illinois Davenport Iowa Hot Rod Show

Hey - wonderin if anyone on here will be willing to bring a traditional hot rod over to the Quad City Hot Rod show in a couple of weeks?

I am hoping to put a car in there with my booth display to help promote the upcoming Torque Fest.

I will pay for your entry fee and you will get 2 tickets to get in for free.

Need to move in on Thursday
Move out on Sunday

I would bring the '35 project of mine - but I think I just sold it............

Which weekend? I'm gonna be in the QC on the 30th & 31st.

 

MY best memory of a indoor car show was at the armoryin Moline in about 67,I got in during set up and watched guys getting thier cars ready from running a buffer over a black 50? Olds what was cool was the guy took the time to tell me about what he was doing and how since I had never seen it done before (I was 11)and then all the angel hair and guys airbrushing t-shirts.....damn hope some kid leaves this show with the same memories I did from that show......

I was kinda wanting a car in the booth to promote the Vintage Torque Fest in May

Go Jon Go!! I love your quest to promote the new show, I am already wondering if the Ford Ranch Wagon can drift thru the cornors at the dirt track, Rob Lee knows the Lincoln powered roadster will!! ~Sololobo~

I was at the Armory show in '67 and several after, it and the Armory are both just memories now, the Armory was demolished last year.
