I fixed some bird strike damage on the grill insert on my car. Had to add a new piece so the damaged expanded metal had something to hold onto

I rebuilt my carb and then snapped my vacuum advance hard line. One step forward, two steps back.

Just about finished all the body work on the passenger's side body on my '34...and now fitting and chopping the passenger side door.

  12. Dragged the truck out, gave the engine a run, sussed out a misfire, topped up the anti- freeze(a bit late...ooops!) and checked it over after recent cold spell.(unheated garage)
Block and freeze plugs OK....... Phew!

Finally started to take my engine out of my truck, to make room for something new and improved. I also supervised at HotRodGary's house while he chopped the top on his bug.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. The Falcon is still in the field and the Galaxie is still in a million pieces. The rain kept me from doing anything. At this rate I will have half of one of these cars together by 2020.
