Thanks to the HAMBers, I now know the body is a 27 Essex and the chassis is 25ish Dodge.

  7. Serial number is only reliable way to determine model year. International thought in terms of "series" rather than model year, and the same series was built several years running. The KB series Haybaler was built '41-'49. About the only difference between a '41 and a '49 is that the '49 has a higher serial number.

  11. Do you have any idea how rare those rear fenders and that factory flatbed are???? Hen's teeth are commonplace by comparison.

I was asked to help a widow sell her late husbands collection. Went and saw these last week in a storage shop and shed.

And the one I'm going to keep! 34 5 Window. This has been sitting in the shop since the early 80s.

Found my 48 Merc coupe in an old slaughter house in Somerset, Pa. Engine is a full house 276 cube with Johnson lifters, full relief, Fentons, unknown cam grind and an early block letter Edelbrock hi-rise with 97s. The person who sold it to me said he found it in a barn in Wisconsin.

Found this in McKinney Tx. People had told me that there was a 32 coupe but it turn out to be a 31. It was on a s-10 frame so he could move it a round. Now it is on 32 rails with 1957 283 and a 4 spd. The only reason I found it was that his fence had fallen down, or I would still be looking for it.

Here are a few photos of cars that I found in Lancaster,NH. These photos were taken 5 years ago. They are in town, along side a river - behind a Nursing home. The field was once an old junkyard. These cars were left behind, along side the river bank. I made the trip from TN, because of a story a local minister told me about removing and selling a set of '32 Ford 5 window coupe garnish moldings. I was told that I missed the '32 by about a year. The Plymouth cabriolet was removed by a fellow in Maine and I'm told that the car has been saved. I don't know what else remains, but it's worth checking out by some of you fellows in that area. I didn't take photos of everything there. Good hunting.

This is all the stuff that those American Pickers guys would be stepping over and pushing out of the way to get to an old pot or something...
