Art & Inspiration Toolboxes for the grandkids

    I put together these toolboxes for my two grandsons 7 & 9. They make a good place to keep their matchbox cars and the tools that they are now starting to collect. I painted on the windows and added the wheels. The boys recieved them for Christmas.

    Pretty cool idea. Though I bet they make a hell of a mark when they get "raced" across the floor into your wall in the house!

    Thanks guys,
    The 7 year old asked me why I gave him the biggest one. I think he is used to getting less because he is the youngest. I told him he needed a place for his cars and that I remembered when he came to a cruise in with a cardboard box full of matchbox cars. He gets it! He's a car guy.

    you did a Hell of a Job there Grandpa and if you don't mind I think I'll borrow your idea for my 4 boys they all have tools and tool boxes but nothing that cool can't wait till they get home from school to show them what you created
