Chevy PU door hinges

How do you get to the hidden 78 chevy upper door hinge bolt, I want to put a new hinge on there, I got the obvious one off.And there must be third one on the inside of cab also?

I just scrapped an 82 - same hinge. There's one from the inside up under the dash with ( I think) a plastic cap over it! I was scrapping mine so I sawzalled the hinge.

Look under the dash area, that bolt is lurking there.

 

'86 and '89 Suburban I got to them by loosening the upper rear fender bolts and prying the fender out a bit.

 

Thanks, I had to take the door off, then the bolts were exposed, and the inner one is behind a plug that holds the dome light wire.
