Will this series be picked up by TLC or Discovery? Should be! However, you might have to come up with some drama to satisfy the producers...

    Thanks for sharing the gift!

The foul language is not my style, but great videos.

Really impressed with the videos. I look forward to checking them out in the future.

Keep up the great work. I think your videos would be a refreshing addition to television.
    Thanks for sharing.

  8. As everyone has already said... It is awesome that you are willing to take the time to share your talents with us.

You asked for ideas. When preforming shaping tasks with tools like the Pettingell or other large tools maybe mention ways to preform the same task with more simpe tools. You shrink with the "powerhammer with thumb nail dies. the same shrink can be done with a tuck fork and hammer. Just an idea

I just got me some new religion! Many thanks Rev. Jesse!

I can relate to the "Metal Church" theme though. When I've got a lot on my mind, I do my best thinkin' behind a welding hood playing with a puddle.

  11. This made coffee come out of my nose!
For some reason, I had a crystal clear mental pic of Jesse doing a dead-on Bob Ross impression..... "Maybe this is where a happy little bend lives. That worked out nice, maybe another happy bend lives on this side of your tank."

Thanks for the tech video. I signed up to see more, though I am grateful you gave those of us on the HAMB a freebie to see what is to come.

I have watched a lot of the big name metal fab videos for various welding and fabrication classes I have taken at my university. I think yours are better. There isn't any awkwardness of people in front of the camera and it is all very easy to understand.

The metal church and pope of welding is hilarious.

    Mr. James--

I'm sure your getting tired of everyone patting you on the back, but I just have to say THANKS! Maaaaannnn! Superb! I just saw episode 2 at your site, and The Church is my new favorite thang.

Even though I don't do bikes, a metal artisan is still a metal artisan, and there's no denying how much you are dedicated to your art. The appreciation you have for your tools and their history even transmits through the internet-- and that is something I think all HAMBers will pick up on and respect. I do.

It's really generous for you to share your expertise with us... and that it is for free makes it even more astounding. Maybe because it's the holidays...

    Regardless,
Thanks again, and thanks to your crew that helped you with it,
    Sincerely,
    G Acosta

Fuck Yeah, That was cool. Learned a couple of tips in the first two minutes of the vid.

I for one would like to see an instructional like this done on working with aluminum. That to me has always been a bit of a mystery metal.

Keep them coming, looking forward to more.
