That is an awesome coupe...great way to break in the New Year with a ride to good oll Mt. Wilson to end 2009.

I haven't been up there in quite some time myself...and I think the station came close to burning down in the summer fires. I remember being up there and literally feeling all the radio waves flowing through my head!

 

SHIT! When I first read the title,I thought you'd sold it!!! Glad I was wrong.
I would have done the same thing,if the powder-coater hadn't done my wheels the wrong color! Still waiting for them to fix them.
Looks like a great drive,Chris. When mines back on it's wheels i'll join you...

After having an incredible day, my plan is, to do a COUPE only, run, late 20's early-mid 30's coupes, going up the Angeles Crest, and back, similar to the Pasadena Roadsters reliability run, but different, probably a bit further.
I know I can get at least a half to a dozen guys together, to make this happen, and I'd love to have, you guy's be part of it.

Nice!!---Last time I was up to Mt.Wilson was in 1972 with 4 other LAR members, no snow then either, but a nice scenic drive with Magoo, Aston, Milazzo, & MacNeil.

Fantastic Model A, nice solo ride with great scenery. All that and no cell service to boot....can't get much better than that!

 

Chris, Thanks for the ride you also cleared my head, you made me a little nervous riding the center line but what the hell you know what you are doing.
