SoCal Impala needs TLC - I need a shop & suggestions

Hello All,

I'm new to the HAMB...hopefully I'm posting in the correct forum...

I'm located in Southern California (Orange County/Costa Mesa) and I have a 64 Impala SS that needs some work. I'm looking for a one-stop shop in my area with an honest mechanic who can perform the following:

Air Bag system Installation
Minor Engine/Trans work/Tune up - Chevy 350 with 4-speed
New windshield
New wheels/Tires - probably Astro Supremes with WW's...
Minor welding

If you know of any shops in my area who do great work on classics (and have honest people) let me know. Also, if you can suggest any airbag systems for my car or point me to any photos of 64's with 14" and 15" supremes I would appreciate it...I haven't decided on wheels and which type of tire yet (I'm thinking thin whites). Where can I get some Supremes if I decide to go that route?

not OC, but i recommend Starlite Kustoms in Torrance.

Mexico Collision Center in South Gate. Javier and his family are masters at body, paint, restorations, suspensions, etc. Def a one stop shop.
