I threw those out because I'm trying to get the image of Tru-spokes and "resto-rods" cleansed from my memory banks. Like Disco, that is a style that I hope never comes back !!!!!!:rolleyes::D

They all look like early times members cars.

I can't remember whos the C was, but it got a few photos in the TRJ that featured the Early Times club.

Pic # 2 is It "T" Bits owned and built by radiator builder Jim Babb. I think reference August of 1970 R&C for a build feature.
The 34 coupe was one of four 34 3windows purchased by Jim Jacobs.
Hope you post more "lost pics"
    Thanks!

If you check I think you'll find that the coupe pictured is not the one Jake chopped to build his famous car, but it was the car the contributed the grille shell to his build.

The '34 coupe was an early hot rod (which was purple and had a complete interior) and donated the '37 truck grill to Jake's 34 coupe that he chopped in Rod & Custom in 1973. Check out the newest issue of The Rodder's Journal. I had seen the purple coupe in New England on a photo shoot several years ago. I am pretty sure the current owner told me this year at Hershey he was working on the coupe. It would be really cool to see it back out again.
