I was just curious how many of you Michigan brothers and sisters are in the Sisters Lakes area. My mother-in -law has a second home right off of Big Crooked and we try to get up there when ever possible. I'm always looking for something to do when we are there, Let me know and Happy Holidays!!! Just bought a little house in W. Bloomfield near the Franklin Cider mill. Always looking for good shows/cruises/swap meets parties....etc.
Right this minute I am in Muskegon for Christmas. But I officially reside down in IN. I'm a Michigander at heart and still get laughed at when I use my hand to tell people where different cities are in MI. I spent a few adult years in Flint too, which was great for me, because I don't like crowds, lol.
I think I win for closest. Watervliet. About 8 miles fron Sister Lakes! If your up here around Memorial Day theres a cruise in on wednesday nite before at Countryside School on Meadowbrook Rd. about 6 or 8 miles from you and a cruise in friday nite at Lane Automotive/Motorstate Distributing then the car show on Saturday at the same location. Last year 1500 + cars in attendance of all flavors. Something for everyone. Let me know when your comming up an I'll let ya know whats going on, maybe we can catch up in person. Chuck
