cooling fan relay problem?

    The sensor came in the Jegs cooling fan kit. It comes on At 185 back off at 175. Water boils at 212. I removed the pan from the burner and did the test. I never thought of burping the system. When the car heated up I would pull the sensor wire and ground it and the fan kicks on. Temp would drop to 192 0r so. I would assume water is circulating. Both hoses had pressure on them , heater core hoses were also hot. Maybe your right. When I pulled the sensor there was water in the intake but not alot. Burping, Remove the rad cap and run the car and squezze the lower hose...

  3. i drill a 1/8 inch hole in the thermostat. run the engine for a bit then shut it off for a while. are use the radiator leak checker pump and pump the radiator to 10 lbs are so for a few mins.
