    Yep, I'm building a 1940 Dodge Business Coupe myself. Here's a picture of it mocked up a few months ago:

    Honestly, the thing was a POS, but I'm a sucker for cheap old junk, especially Mopars, so it followed me home. I've put another different frame underneath it, and since the floors and firewall are all hacked out I may channel it. Plans are to make it a driver, something that can be used daily and driven anywhere, with a multi-carbed 440, 727 torqueflite and 8 3/4 rearend.

    Here is my most recent Mopar. It will never get hotrodded as long as I own it,though. I already have plenty of project cars,and this one is a original that runs and drives.

    Exited as hell about my 1962 300. tourque flight getting re-built, sorting out brake system, replacing all hard lines then on to body work and some mild custom mods. car allready sits nice and low , 4-door ht, red interior, white exterior. found it resting ,parked in 1978 after a ginhead cougar did a smash and stash. I have two dry western front fenders ready to install.

    father son project here, will submitt pics asap

    I'm helping a rusty 1956 Plymouth Savoy become a parts car on eBay...I mean, doing my rebuild. Methinks my skills art stronger than they actually be.

    And I'm currently finishing up a little engine upgrade on my '57 Chrysler going from a lousy 2-bbl to a sweet 8-bbl setup... :)

    I'm trying to decide what to do with this. Any leads on easy disc brake swaps would be appreciated. I need to fix a little wiring, replace the tail light lenses and get the brakes working to put it on the road.

    Here's my '35 Plymouth, all Mopar rod. Constantly adding little things to it, not that it needs it, because I want too!

  18. Need Mopar assistance;
    After much thought and consideration I've decided to keep with the location of the original battery box (under the driver's seat) in my '39 Desoto,
    BUT while the steel box itself is intact, the access cover is missing.
    I'm in need of a picture and/or a discription of the OE cover. I was leaning toward making a fiberglass-over-wood type to avoid the whole corrosion issue.
    Any help?

    I guess I'll keep the long thread moving. My 47 Plymouth Business Coupe. Straight 6 with split intake and exhaust.
    Just imagine the front wheels matching the rear.
