I am sure there are plenty of old pinstriping threads. Thought I would satrt a new one to share some pics. Here are some pics of Ron Myers striping my 50 Merc at the KKOA show in Denison, he pulled the lines and painted my Demon head logo on the gas cap. Did a great job, thanks Ron...
Sure, why not? Here are some pics of my work. Not a legend, just a competent professional. Any work is always reasonably priced and competently applied. You can also check out more work at my website. thx. http://lowbraupinstripingart.vpweb.com/default.html
Apparently I still have not mastered the art of posting pics on the msg board. Oh well, check out my profile or website.
Nee-ice. Man, wish I could do that stuff, that well, that cool. Mikey did it www.mikeyspinstriping.com I am not an Artist!! Just a lowly pinstriper. It's MIKEY...not Mickey (I hate that rat)
Look at the one on my avatar. My 17 year old did that that is his second attempt. He is just starting I think if he sticks with it he will be good. -Justin
When someone ask's me how to be a pinstriper, I tell them it takes time, practice, time, starvation, time, love, hate, poorness. Here's a brush, now go do it, but...just when you think you've figured it out, then you gotta do it in front of an audience. It is sooo much fun! Pinstriping ain't work...it's play! MikeysPinstriping
Thanks guys, now I feel completely incompetent as a pinstriper...but here's some of my drunken crap anyway...
Carps, you look soooo comfortable and you're a really good striper. Man we coulda talked striping and models when I met you at Bonneville in '07. My favorite memory of that day was taking each others pic as we rolled off the salt riding in Deuce roadsters. Here you are and I'm riding shotgun in the red roadster you're approaching, each of us with cameras at the ready. Here's a panel headed to Chicago for the Ronald McDonald House Auction. Got to get some ready for Milwaukee and Detroit, too. Panel provided by Midwest Hot Rod's in Plainfield, IL - candy red over ground steel. Thanks so much to Midwest for hosting a Chicago BrushMasters workshop again this year!
Here's the dash on the truck I'm building. Need to finish the area where the radio delete is. Some flames!!!

Only on the outside! Lookin' at that panel confirms we're not in the same league so I guess I'll hafta come back to Bonneville again this year so we can BS about lines and plastic among other things. Good news is it's on the week after NSRA Nat's so that helps make the trip worthwhile and I have the feeling Bob K is headed that way so I may be able to thumb a lift with him again Thanx for the encouragement Big Block Bill, funny how others often see some good that we can't see ourselves. Ruiner, your stuff looks cool, stick with me and I'll do my best to make you look great. Hey Maniac, I think you have your pics back to front, you seem to be holding your brush in the wrong hand. Here's the rest of the cabinet doors.
