Currently "Riff Raff" is at Tom Culbertson's shop here in Indy, So far the fenders recieved a two inch pinch, Canted quad headlights and grill from a 62 chrysler 300, 52 Ford front bumper on the rear, and 54 Ford rear bumper on the front, frenched antenna in the pass. fender, side scoopes, and shaving all of my stuble and whatever the hell else we decide. Here are a few pics of the progress so far.

Those headlights scream '60's, and I especially like the bumper.

  9. Super cool! Love them canted lights on a 53-56. What's in store for the back end?

The bumper choice was genius! Canted lights look better on the F100 than they do on the Chrysler.

Have you considered pancaking the hood. You'd be amazed how much the vision from the driver's seat changes and the side profile is way cool!!

Thanks for all of the awsome comments, This is one project thats been waiting for a long time, and has me so damn excited!

I have 49 merc taillights on the rear fenders, and am puttung the a 52 ford front bumper on the rear, it will wrap around to the outside of the rear fenders and will have a small gravel pan, kinda like a contanental kit off of the rear roll pan.

I am always loafing, But just got word today that my dropped axel will be here on Thursday, so today i got her up in the air and wheels off so I can get ready to rip out the old suspension. and trying to figure out what color red to paint the flames. So most of today was a loaf!

  28. Man, that's beautiful! I can't wait to see it done. It's rare to see something that is radically customized and subtle at the same time, great job!

Yeah I met Tom about 16 years ago through another friend, It was Tom and this other fellow that got me into Hot Rods and Customs, and I always wanted something that he has done custom work on, I could have done it myself but probably taken me about a year to do, so I decided Tom needed to do this truck. It is coming out better than I expected. We are trying to get it done for the Traditional Show called the Motorama 1962 that he holds at World of Wheels here in indy, just 2 1/2 weeks from now. Deadlines Suck but they force me to get my ass in gear!
