Anyone know who makes custom badging? I know obrien's makes killer plaques and such, but they are thicker than what I want for badging. Anyone here custom cast? Sand cast? Examples? What you got?

I work for a company that makes die-struck and 3D cast emblems. We make grill badges and medal medallions of various thicknesses and in a couple of different metals. We plate in silver, gold, copper and brass in both polished and antique finishes.
We make the old style dealer ID plates like on new cars back in the day.

But like most stuff... the first one can be pricey. 100 of them is more reasonable.

PM me if this is what you're thinking about.

WOW!!! I thought this thread would drop like brick. I removed the badging on my vehicle, and am contemplating replacing it with "Church equipped" badging. Some of the examples are what I'm looking for. I know the first one is the most expensive, so I may make a small run. And limited plaques and possibly belt buckles will follow from Obriens.

  11. Who ? Thanks for remembering me.

Depending on the complexity, I can do bolt on designs in Pewter.
Small batches no problem. Examples on my site.

Joe Konkel. He makes the medallions for Barris. He also does some killer tin signs. PM me if you're interested.

  14. Our car club plaques are (usually) 1/4" thick (can be thicker w/o any issue.)

We also do 1/8" thick plaques - the same as belt buckles and key chains only bigger:rolleyes: And shape is not an issue.

    Like the HAMB key chains.......
