Christmas time at Baileigh......new contest?

First, It is VERY generous of you to once again offer up good tool!

Sheet metal brake would be first choice closely followed by a cold saw. I agree chassis fab would be a good challenge topic.

No PM needed. The CS-225 benchtop cold saw is $695 and comes with a self centering vice, mechanical coolant pump, 200 tooth blade and the ship weight is 90 pounds, so the shipping charges are totally affordable. We have been selling a ton of them to the "garage guys" out there.

that cold saw ROCKS! many people do not realize how great they are until they use one for a while, then go back to a regular chop saw.

 

Cold Saw very nice! But a stretcher/shrinker Break or shear would work. Lets face it, for us anything sheetmetal related is going to be a winner!

chop saw = sparks, messy, not accurate, go though blades quickly

cold saw = accurate, burr free, mill like cut, resharpenable blades

I really like the manual punch that you had in one of the initial contests.... cutting holes in metal without drilling would save me alot of time
