company for a multi lug spare????

The A is getting close to being roadworthy, so now I would like to get a spare for it. Its 5 on 5 1/2 on the front and 5 on 5 in the rear. Is there a company I could check with to make me a rim?

 

Wheel Vintiques. Many of their wheels have both of those patterns already in them. No custom work required.
