Well we just got our 50 chevy panel. I was an old plumbing truck up here in Fairbanks Alaska. Fortunately the second owner was a hot rodder and did a mustangII front end and small block swap on it. But unfortunately he has been diagnoised with cancer so he sold it. Foruntaley we were in the right spot at the right time. So we had a relay done and got it hauled the 305 miles to my house. Took an inventory of what it needed, parts list made, and off to Perrys rod and custom for the paint and body work. Wasnt a whole lot of body work to do. We pretty much turned Perry loose with paint design only thing we asked was that it be traditional and cool. So this is where its at up to this point. The help we would like is coming up with some cool shop names or logos. Look forward to hearing the twisted and humorous shop names you folks come up with.
Yea. Put it on a trailer and send it to me.......... Looks like you got the beginings of a nice panel. Mirrors, you got to have good mirrors on these panels. They are hard to see whats behind you if you put small mirrors on'em.
Yeah mirrors are a must for sure.. Yours looks awesome. Thinking winter of 10 will be the winter of air ride conversion.
I like the way it looks now without a logo. Here's a thread on Shop Truck logos; http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=384444&highlight=shop+truck+logos
Its spelled that way on purpose. Inside joke.. As for the finish its black with satin clear. The red is gloss
