Just painted my 30 coupe

    3 month build and have only electrical left. Started the engine today and it sounds kick ass. Should have it on the road in bout a week. What do yall think

    Primer? Good job. Car has potential, so get it there and enjoy it to the fullest.

    Body panel alignment, fit and finish come with experience and we've all seen some doozies so shim it and get it as good as YOU can and if you're happy, we'll be happy.

    no door handles on the car cause of painting . Doors opened a bit in pic. looks like fitment bad but they shut and fit great

    Its a little low for my taste, but the chop,drilled visor and ribbed roof combo looks really good.

    Looks great!!! I like the black body and red frame contrast.

    Is that JD Blitz Black???? Whatever it is...it's a nice dark black.

    Mine has a $30.00 Rustoleum job!

    Henry rumble seat body, chopped 4 1/2" , channeled 4", 2 X 4 frame, 7.5" rear from S-10 with 3.73 gears with posi, 350 roller engine, 700r4 transmission, lokar shifter, firestone 8.50 cheaters rear, firestone 6.40 front, 4 wheel disc brake, speedway 6" dropped tube chrome axel, 10 gallon fuel cell, aluminum radiator

    In that case, you might want to wetten the paint up a little more. That might help eliminate the dry edges.
