The wheels are late 60s Road Wheels http://www.akhwheels.com/pages/showWheel.php?pk=174 They were used through the early 70s on full size Mopars, including the biggest barge of all, the 1970 Hurst 300. The Hurst version had body paint on the non-chromed areas. Center hubs changed by year, I think. The center hubs that I have actually extend past the width of the wheel, so most of them suffered damage if a tire guy flopped them down face first on the garage floor. Rare only because most were shattered. They came with the vehicle when I bought it 10 years ago. I kept them; most people in the small world of big Chryslers tell me they like them on the car (Canadian built). Ray
Haha, I didn't even know you were on here. Yeah I was really admiring that car at the SW swap way before I realized it was yours. Not enough room in the stables to keep it? I could babysit it.
I've posted my car somewhere else but missed this thread. So here is my '61!!! Its a work in progress and hope to scareing small children with it soon.
There was a '61 Dodge Seneca with a factory 413 long ram and 4-spd on the evil auction site. That car was friggin' rad. I really like the Impalas from that year.
