If I ever catch it parked on the street again, I'm going to get a picture. There is a guy with a 64ish Chevy truck in the neighboring town that uses it to haul wood, and I swear this truck is so incredibly beat down, there's not a single re-usable part on it anymore, it looks like it's been rolled over several times, but it apparently still runs and is still being used.

I know that's not exactly what you were looking for, but if you saw this thing you'd be impressed.

actually, i've hauled a lot of stuff with this since i got it done this spring. Trucks are the perfect toy/function vehicle.

We had a pretty good load on already, but figured it could handle the milling machine on the same trip. Another 800/1000 pounds. I worry about tires more than anything else. truck is 66 k-series camper special

  8. that tailgate lettering is pimp .

I like to see trucks used and not abused :) although the dude helping me load my crap today didnt really give a shit about protecting the upper wings of my bed. I was like, dude, please slide them in straight, see...its easy, and he was a bumbling and fumbling the whole time!

my kid's 59 pickup is sitting in the barn with the bed full of crap to go to the dump, maybe I'll get my butt in gear and go tomorrow, and get you some glamour shots.

I'm working on my 59 again after a too long hiatus...it's hauled a lot of engines, lumber, etc over the years. here it's helping build garage #2

Does this count? We HAD 6 trees in it when we left the tree farm but didn't think to get the photo until we were a block from the house. Only took the photo because the Hallmark ornament last year was a '60 F100 with a Christmas Tree in the back, happened to be the same time of year I bought the truck...

What you don't see here are the bags of thick, heavy dried out cork bags at the bottom.

Took my 60 surfing yesterday. Plus I haul hay in it for the horses. Plan on taking the 37 to do the same.

I have posted this one before, but here is the Shitty Old Truck doing exactly what I built her to do. This trip was a 12 hour shot to Tennessee to pick up my 34 body with out so much as a hiccup.

Let me tell you my old truck was driven everyday and used to haul just about anything I needed to easly. I have the motor out right now, but my wagon hauls a bunch of stupid junk and keeps it dry to boot. Anybody use or keep they're old bed toolbox on the back. Not those crappy diamond plated boxes either. I'm talkin the white ones that are heavy and real. I'm keeping mine. Old pick it ups all the freakin way. Cars okay but trucks are the game.....
