Great pictures, thanks for sharing! My camera's battery died after 'bout 50 photos. I was hoping on getting photos from a few cars I saw, and here they are.

Had a blast as always - my 7th Pileup and was volunteering this year. The best shows on the planet! Can't wait for next year...

Peter Pan! Joel...you are a class act, brother, and thanks for posting the fantastic photos. Being a vendor this year, I barely had time to get away to piss let alone look at cars so it was great to peruse the pics of what I missed.

As always, it was great to see you again. Glad to see Larry and meet a bunch more of the Brushmasters. You guys are all cool kats! I had the pleasure of hanging with Norwell, Ed Tillrock and Del Swanson. I gotta say, these guys are truly talented and twice as cool as their art (if that's even possible). I had the pleasure of making more friends and seeing old friends as well. Even got to see Chad Lampert, Max Grundy and Weesner (unfortunately only briefly) but all you guys are what make this show even better. Looking forward to next year already! And dare I forget- The Czars rocked it again this year! Nice meeting you, Django!

Great Pics Joel. I believe that '61 Mopar is a Plymouth. Those things were custom from the factory!

The Merc wagon turned delivery is amazing as well.

I love these early 50's Chevy's, this one had loads of potiential...




I dig this '58, I have a very, very soft spot of a ride with all the "Chingadera's". This one was direct from varrio "Grundy County"...




At one time there used to be one of these Nova's in every neightborhood in Chicago...




I was digging this Tri Five on account of it's stance, patina, and cool factor.


Got to see this very nice Shoebox belonging to local Chicago HAMB'r, ChicagoSlacker, nice...


Another nice '55! There many of these there and ton of "Gasser" styled '55's. We dig them all...


This Custom had a real nice chop done to it. I would love to see it finished in "Ten Mile Deep" maroon paint someday...




This truck was awesome, I wish I could've gotten it standing still.

Now here is a killer '54 Chevy that turned heads all day. I loved the candy green...






This '53 was the "Belle of the Ball"! I don't know how many peeps got to see this, it spent most of it's time in the "South 40". The ideas, fit and finish were ourstanding...

I sporadically hungout at the Vendors building throughout the day. Meeting artists and soaking up the "Spiritual Artistic Groove"...

I finally introduced myself to Ed Tilrock(ewt2). He's a real nice guy and a helluva "Pencil Pusher"...

I said hello to my favorite "Plaster Kaster", Jimmy Flintstone! Very talented and cool guy...


I got to spend time with my Detroit homie, tattoo artist and pinstriper Jeff Shea and his lovely wife, Heather...


New HAMB'r and killer artist, Del Swanson(del) was in da house!


Got Shea and Jeff Norwell to stand still long enough for a pic...


Stepped outside and ran into two favs, artist Tara Klein and Kacy "the Original Pin Up Striper"" Banks! Talented ladies...


I drifted back out of the Vendors shack to look for more cars. By middle afternoon some were making their way home...
