Austin? Things to do today? oct 6

Anyone know of something car related to do today? My wife has a convention here, so I'm hanging out downtown. No wheels, so its either walking, or bus?

 

ASS or merc charlies are cool spots.

 

I thought about some of the shops, but I don't want to show up and just waste their time. Maybe a car museum, or if anyone local has nothing to do, or needs a hand with a project.

 

Visits are always cool with us....
