Thought you might want to see the progress of the new shop truck, it's wedge chopped and the hood is wedge sectioned I used photoshop to shorten the bed and lower it. Let me know what you think , I want it to luck a bit cartoonish.

Did I read that correctly? You want your truck to look cartoonish? So people will laugh at you?

Not sure about the color though, seems to clash with the nothing.

    You succeeded.

speak for yourself, I prefer things to be little bit more in proportion.

  7. Photoshop or not, I like the chop & what you did to the hood.

I'd seriously consider a 2"-3" section of the cab too.

    Looks like Sorchik's truck..... & that's a good thing.

Mission accomplished, it looks goofy. The bed is too low in relation to the height of the front, and the chop is too much.

If you can live with a little less frivolity, maybe don't wedge section the hood but section the cab and front section, and chop it a little less but even.

I like that body style mild custom or all out wild custom. You are headed to the wild side and it looks good. It's your truck build it your way and have fun doing it.

Oddly enough I'm not building the truck on photoshop I'm building it in metal so your photo shop critic was redundant

Sounds like a whole lot of haven't done it. "Progress pics" are generally actual pics of things that have taken place, hence my inquiry. No other reason.

wedge chopping anything= not cool and itll look real ugly once its done because nothing will be be in proportion anymore........ enough hatin. Its your build so do what you wish you get to decide what you want it to be and nobody else

If you read the original posting I said I thought you might want to see it . No where in it did I ask for your opinion . If you don't like it don't build one like it.

overchopped. it's the new flat black

  23. Hey, I like the "wedge" top chop on this! Something ya don't see too often. The shortened bed and hood add to the "look". Post pics as ya go...

Not my cup of tea, but it's not my truck. Go enjoy it.

  25. Channel the body down to take out the gap above the running board.add a tunnel ram or a blower coming out the hood with a paper box scoop on top, extreme rake it or straght axle it with pipes coming out before the doors.
