PHOTOS! Customzone 2009 – Switzerland's indoor rod & kustom show

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Lowtech, Sep 30, 2009.

  1. Last weekend, I went to the second edition of the CUSTOMZONE, the only swiss indoor show for hot rods, kustoms and custom bikes. Manuela and Chris from Custom Parts and Wear did an awesome job with putting up a great show... with lots of cool cars from swiss and german car clubs, several artists and some bands playing.

Here are some pics I took. Check out my flickr album for the rest of em:

  14. Great pic's. Thanks...

  15. thanks, Sondre! I'd say there were like 70 cars inside of the 2 buildings, as well as several dozens of custom bikes. in addition to that, there was an outdoor car show but I wasn't outside the building until later in the evening  when most of the visitors were gone, so I don't know. check out that dark brown shoebox, it's simply the best. It used to be a 4 door sedan, converted to 2dr, chopped, lots of subtle mods... beautiful.

  16. They put wood sheets covered with wood chips under the wheels in order to protect the soft gym floor. Ugly, but effective (hopefully).

    Holy shit!!!!!

This old Chevy should be shown since they are few and far between. Might be a Poncho though.

That shoebox is right on. Damn....

  26. I do not see a shoebox (=Ford 49-51) but the maroon -49 (?) Chevrolet kustom looks real great. Is it Swiss, German or maybe Italian?

The talent I see, over and over, from the people on this site, and in this community amazes me.
