The Khougaz '32 Roadster previously belonged to a dentist near me who had it restored. What a car!

    Great pictures. Thanks.

  6. This is as close as most of us will probably get to all these historic cars in this life time.
I hope some of them go to public musuems but not likely.

Great pics, thanks for the memories,

Thanks for posting the photos! I got to judge the Khougaz '32 and Tony Nancy 22JR at Hershey years ago, both fantastic restorations from two East Coast Shops. I wish the cars well and hope they all get good caretakers. Thanks Ralph for gathering them all in one great collection.

That auction was really a class act. I had a blast and won what i wanted. Although the guy from barrett-jackson outbid me on the duece grill shell. Intakes and heads could be had for 300 bucks, i wish i brought more money. Speedy Bill was there, alot of legends, and alot of cool stories from friends.

  13. Yes, and the auctioneer did a stellar job on all the cars I saw sell. Spent a really good amount of time getting maximum results. The Teague streamliner struggled at first to get a starting bid. It was a little depressing. But, at or near a starting $60K the auctioneer worked it all the way to $250K! I thought that was pretty damn cool.

Judging by the prices paid, the economy must be better that we all think! $550,000 for the Little Red Wagon, WOW.
