Projects Dragster Project - What's in a name

Just about ready to start putting the engine together. The block had a bad cylinder which is being sleeved and then it's on!

On another thread the digger was referred to as the Kansas Bomber. I've never been much for naming my cars but this struck a chord with me. I'm waffleing between the Kansas Bomber and the Time Bomb.

Here's a shot from when I was cutting the grooves for the o-rings in the block.

Time Bomb, two referance on the HAMB already, TimeBombJohn in Canada, and TimeBomb in CA, both well known custom guys.

 

Shucks I kinda liked Time Bomb but I see your point Denise. Is Kansas Bomber gonna get the law after me? ;-) Ironic as I've been storing some of the digger goodies in an old wood dynamite box.

 

Not unless you start wearing a sweatshirt with the hood up and dark sunglasses.

just cuse someone uses it for a screen name dosent mean you cant use the name for a dragster..... i know two people with timebomb tattooed on them,,, and one of them really is a TimeBomb..... lol....
