Not sure about Chapter 11, but I have heard that if you sell a car at their auction, you won't receive your money until after their NEXT auction. Guess if that's true, they're using the Seller's money to finance their next auction.

I was at Auburn last Friday. Car numbers were way, way down. Maybe 40% of the normal number on the auction side and 60% on the car corral side.

Word is out on Kruse. Sad, I always enjoyed going to that Auction.

  8. Kruse isn't doing for shit, because of the way those cockroaches do business. More at classiccar.com here...

I, along with the car club I used to be with, used to move cars around at their OKC auctions, and for a friggin' pittance, it turned out. We started moving cars around at a different collector car auction, and realized how much Kruse and their local promoter were fucking us.

Kruse is a four-letter word around here.

Seems odd after all that money they got from EBay. 15-20 years ago they were the biggest.

  10. I saw a herd of rummers last weekend, you have to get up real early to catch them before they hide for the day.

  11. The Runaways? I did that too.

    Wrong, wrong, wrong!

It's not "herd" of rummers, it's "pride" of rummers ... same as lions.

    Duh! :D

No,no, rummers have no pride. I think it's a FIFTH of rummers. And don't tell the Salvation Army-they don't like rummers either.

Doesn't anyone proofread what they post?

Both funny, and sad, at the same time.

  17. That's why they're rummers, right? No pride? So they're up all night drinking rum?

Hang on, I gots to proffread dis stuff.

Seriously, I don't care if you don't spell very well, sometimes there's even a good reason (like if English isn't your first language), just don't be too upset if we pick on it, 'cause this being a web forum, people have to be able to understand what you mean by reading it, not by sounding it out....
