1948 chevy find photos

well we had this 48 chevy arrive at work yesterday cool old car & yes the steering wheel is on the wrong side its on the right its ment to be a one owner got some cool after market stuf even had a autokit (first aid box) with all the goddies still in it now I do have a question on the pannel under the front doors theres a cut out it looks factory what is it for ??

in the 70s when New Zealand had fuel shortage they decided to make carless days this ment you werent alloud to use the car on this day you chose the day & you were given a sticker to put on the window of your car
