Custom Grille Ideas

Hey I have a 1963 Mercury Comet convertible and I wanted some ideas for custom grilles guys! Come on help me out! Thanks in advance!

 

Falcon grille ?

Maybe a GM compact grille from same era like tempest or cutlass or buick special.

Could try to cut down a 61 ford grille or 60 mercury.

Corvair headlight buckets with tube grille between?

Just some thoughts.

 

Does anyone remember a comet with the front all opened up so there was nothin but a surround, two headlights, and a bunch of desoto teeth, a row on top and a row on the bottom?

Lower it first, then concentrate on messing up a nice car.

 

Put a 54 chevy grille in it, with added teeth of course! I had one in my 56 Sunliner!
