And I remember the story on the photo of Shag's truck. It was shot heading home from an event somewhere and the Brown Neck Bandito was caught hauling ass down the road in the BG (half hidden behind a pump) purely by chance.

  15. Ok, some I think I remember, a couple are guesses...

    1. I thought that was a Rocky project, followed by rickyracer1962
    3. Alfster
    4. Choptop(I think)

Often wondered about Harlen and his 'superior speed' project.....despite his attitude, liked to see people challenging perception...

  16. yeah i think so cause i was Farmer John originally, but can't remember. it's been a while- how've you been? Man it's been a few years since i did that hamb relay to your place- what nice visit that was with you all albeit brief- next time i'd love to stay in that hamb hostel out in your shop!

Heck yeah, that was my shot... we stopped for snacks heading home from Paso and I was shooting some pics of his truck. I saw the BNB blasting up, and took the shot. Canon EOS with film... I didn't know if I had gotten it or not until I had the pics developed. I also got a neat picture of Lumpy with his shirt open smoking at the gas pumps... I'll see if I can dig some pics up tomorrow.

Cool to see some of the originals are still around. I'm 214 and still considered a newbie cause I don't talk much. There isn't hardly a day goes by that I don't check out the HAMB though!

Spank, the Redondo Roddder, The Harvester of Bondo, etc were all entertaining, but this is some of the stuff that made me stick around...

The Sewer-pickle was cool !! I lurked a long time. I remeber the Mud 4x4 camaro. The crap Kojack took for his visor and Germs.."just like the 50's bro" (tm). It has been a long interesting ride!

I miss you guys too. I've tried to get in touch with Dan. Seems he's in Mexico or something... Of course he was called "Foiled Again" back then.

    Oh, I'm number 316.

you may not have your status bar activated.

right click on your toolbar at the top of your page.

a drop down should drop down.

click on statusbar and it will activate it.

then do the mouse thing oer your name, it should end in you member number.

BTW i'm 273 on this version of the HAMB but that don't mean nothing. i lurked for years on the various version but have been around/lurked since the HAMB/RRT war in 98ish.

    later jim

  30. Been here since 02-02. What number am I? I would have figured I would be close to being in the first 500 or so. I know I have spent a lot of time looking at this site.(everyday!) Looks like I might be 568 if I am getting it right.
