Andreas is an extremely talended customizer with a very good eye for proportions. And even better he knows excactly what he wants and how he wants it, and no job is to much for him to get the car to look excactly as he has it in his mind.
His Shoebox is not an excact clone of the Buster Litton Ford... but its a very close one... an improved version over the original Barris Cerny built custom.

I was very fortunate to be some part of this project from the early body modification stage on. My good friend Wolf (TinWolf) introduced me to Andreas andasked if I was interested in doing some photoshop work on the shoebox to help Andreas visualize his dream car....

    Original photo...

    Some body worked "finished"...

Hirohata Mercury style side window treatment... nice

But this is better... Lowered a bit as well...

    And adding some color...

Andreas worked on the top and when he added the new rear quarters and the Studebaker headlights (he did not have the Front fenders at this time)... it was time for another Photoshop round... to see how all the proportions worked once "finished"

    Shortened front fender extention...

Moved forward and flared front wheel opening...

  16. Wow!! I remember seeing pics of this car posted before with just the chop finished....I was impressed then. Now I'm REALLY impressed. The hardtop treatment is perfect and you've done an excellent job on the front and rear modifications.

    Keep up the great work.

I have a pic of the Litton Ford in my living room, look at it everyday, you have nailed it. By far the best box to ever get inspiration from. Well done.

Holy Crap, another thread that I missed - and a build of a car that is my favorite car of all time; Buster Litton's shoebox!!! How the hell did I not see this the first time around. My life is pretty much consumed by the HAMB lately, almost as a crack addicts is by dope.

Well, no matter as I'm on the case now. Swedishshoebox, you have certainly nailed the absolute best features of Buster's car while adding little touches that are just perfect. Your metal work is the best I have seen. I LOVE YOUR CAR!!!

    Fantastic Andreas.
The pictures of your Car alongside Kents 1940 Mercury are priceless...
It amazes me that you where able to take pictures of them with no crowd around them...

What a sight... near Matranga Merc and near Buster Litton Ford Clones Side by side. I cant wait to see the car in its final paint and full upholstered interior... but until then... enjoy every minute with it on the road.
